The City of Toronto annexed DEER PARK Toronto in 1908 and by 1930's the Deer Park Neighbourhood was established as one of Toronto's finest Residential Real Estate districts where
wealthy Torontonians built their country retreats on large parcels of land. As the City of Toronto grew and land became more valuable,
a lot of these large parcels of land were sub-divided (as they are throughout the City of Toronto Residential Neighbourhoods).
DEER PARK Toronto Residential Real Estate has a mix of Luxury Detached, Executive, Semi-Detached houses and homes, many keeping their original facades and enjoying the abundance of mature trees that line the streets in this beautiful Toronto Neighbourhood. Deer Park's first Apartment Building was built on St. Clair Avenue before WWI, and since then, many new Luxury Condo and Townhouse Developments have been built. Many of these Condos have balconies with picturesque views of the Rosehill Reservoir Park, the Avoca Ravine or the City of Toronto.
